Fabulous!!
Arrived well packaged. A brilliant oil both for cosmetic use and for cooking. Smooths the skin and minimises pores, i've got combination skin which gets oily and it absorbs the oil and make my face less greasy, it is a brilliant oil and whats more its organic!! Cooking with it enhances the flavour of the food your cooking. There is not pumpkin smell a beautiful oil to work with.

Good Quality
This pumpkin seed oil is dark, nutty and pleasant tasting. A half teaspoon or so twice a day helps keep your omegas levelled up, and is meant to help your hair grow thicker, although after 6 months of consuming it and the seed butter, it has made no difference to my hair, personally. (I suspect that's because it's normally paired with saw palmetto in tablet form and it's the latter that's most potent for that.) Still it's healthy to take if you want something different, either as a health food or salad dressing.

Didn’t like the taste so using Avacado oil spray which is better.

Great quality oil
I love this oil, I use it in dressings and in cooking but mainly take it on greek yogurt with Saw Palmetto as I have hair loss and it's an amazing combination...

Pricey but worth it
Well it's not cheap, but you don't buy it for everyday cooking. It's excellent on salad or just for dipping bread into it. It's a dark colour and has an intense nutty flavour which I love, but may not be for everyone.

Nice thick oil and great taste
I use this pumpkin seed oil on crumpets and with salads. The oil is a good thick consistency and tastes great. I thoroughly recommend.
