It will keep you hydrated. Its a great choice to consume after excercise and playing sports . Its good compared to coca colas ,pepsis & energy drinks

Coconut water is always going to be more expensive so for that, the price seems pretty fair in comparing others. That being said, this is a new obsession that has taken over my husband and I. They are delicious, healthy, and we’ve have bought and ordered several packs now.

I order a case of these almost weekly now. Vita Coco tastes good, 1 gm of added sugar isn't a big deal to me, I'm yet to have a problem with freshness, and it's less expensive than other brands. What I most like is the additional Potassium. It's impossible for me to get enough and for years long health reasons, I need K. What I least like is that the brand is flash pasteurized. I'm not a Chemist. I don't know to what extent the process degrades or in any way affects its nutrients. It's not the brand I'd prefer to buy. For now, it does the trick at a price I can manage.

These are less expensive to buy on Amazon, especially if you drink them regularly. Love that they come in a plastic bottle, easy to keep in a cooler all day and ready to drink while out on the jobsite. Prefer the pressed coconut flavor over this one. These are great to rehydrate when working out in the hot sun all day. Recommended over Gatorade or like drinks.

After months of buying random brands of coconut water, Vita Coco was the clear winner. It taste like drinking straight from a coconut. In my household, the ladies prefer the blue carton. I prefer the more robust flavor and thickness of the tan carton.

This brand tastes good to me. I like to split a bottle in half for smoothies. Good price & arrives in excellent time.
