Pretty satisfied.
The product is easy to use, flowered well, doesn’t smell very ‘yeasty’, and my dough rose better than expected. What killed the loaf was a power failure ten minutes into the bake! 😫 I made a bunch of dinner rolls and a loaf of bread. Both turned out very good for a power failure. I’m quite satisfied with the product and will buy it again most definitely. It’s inexpensive and makes baking bread a breeze!

Expired product
This yeast is. Expired on bottle it mentioned packed month Feb 2025 and exp feb 2026 . 1st 3 weeks after my purchase dough fluffed very little and after 1 month yeast is not at all fermenting and dough remains flat.
