Not what it should be
The cream was a completely different colour to what it should be. It should be a white ish colour but this had a completely different yellow / orange colour and a completely different smell. Not the first time it has happened. I shouldn’t have bought it from here again to be honest. The bottle and everything was different … sticker, font etc. for some reason I have 5 empty bottles still and I compared ALL of them with this one and it was the only one that was different. When I put it on my skin it was itching all over after about 1 minute. The texture was off and sunk straight into the skin. Completely the opposite of what it should be. Disappointing. Would like a refund.

Almost expired.
Product is one month away from expiry and has a strange colour. I have used this cream for years and have never seen it look like this, obviously it has nearly expired. Disappointing.

is it genuine?
I would like to know if this is a genuine product as it has stickers over the original packaging, which states it is distributed from USA and the sticker says Paris. I am not happy that this is not clearly stated why. There are also no use by dates on the jars. So I would like a refund as I am not convinced they are genuine.
