Q: Do you leave the oil in the fryer after cooking? Too expensive to change every time.

I strain the oil through kitchen paper when cold , then put it back into the bottle & then into the fridge. (The oil should be clean after straining). Hope this helps.

Havent cooked onion rings but was not happy in general with this fryer. Felt l had wasted money on it.
