Honeybee Gardens Hair Spray Alcohol Free, Herbal Mint, 8.5 Fluid Ounce

I have tried and used so many different Hair Sprays over many, many years. This is by far, hands down, the BEST I have ever used. I was searching for an alcohol free product and not only is it alcohol free it is everything else as well. The nozzle delivers a mist that is easy to control, the hold is perfection but it also is able to be brushed/combed out with ease. My hair has never looked so good. With each day it looks better, cutting down on shampooing. Oh, and the scent is so clean, not overpowering and doesn't compete with my cologne. The price is on point. Do yourself a favor, try it, you will be as thrilled as me.!!! Thank you Honey Bee Gardens!!! I will also be checking out other items from your store!!!

Expected not to like, but am loving this hairspray! It’s pretty strong hold & non-aerosol so you need to hold a little away and go lightly (can always add more). But it holds great and I don’t feel like I’ve inhaled a big carcinogen bomb when I use it. Also better hold than other non-aerosols I’ve used (like Paul Mitchell, which was clumpy for me). Photo shows my curl hold after about 5 hours (feels like will keep on for awhile too). Very happy with this one!

I love the smell of this. It works good but you do need to be generous with the amount you put on your hair to make sure it holds during exercise. My daughter uses this before her cheer practice to keep her hair in place. It does hold for a couple of hours. She will need something stronger for competitions. I love that this is completely and non-toxic. She can spray even it on in the car and I won't get sick from fragrances

I have Scandinavian ancestry and the glassiest, most finest of baby fine hair. As I have aged, my hair suddenly got even finer, which I did not think was even possible. The result has been that I can no longer tolerate most hair finishing products because the alcohol (and who knows what else they put in there) irritates my scalp, causing dermatitis and painful inflammation. For this reason, I began looking for a hairspray without harsh chemicals to see if it would help prevent scalp irritation. Not only has this product worked wondrously in that capacity, it has also restored shine that hasn’t existed on my hair for years- I honestly didn’t realize how much the other hairsprays were drying out my delicate hair until this product made it stop. As for effectiveness, this hairspray is slightly sticky when first applied, but it doesn’t bother me, and isn’t noticeable to me once it dries. It holds my hair just as well as the harsher stuff did, and the bottle has lasted me about as long. The bottle can clog up if you don’t store it upright, but it is easily fixed if you flush out the pump with warm water. Also, this product is definitely more expensive than most hairsprays, but it is worth it to me for the benefit of its gentle ingredients. My first bottle is almost gone, so I will continue to purchase, and check out this company’s other products as well.

Absolutely awful! Scent is okay and that’s the best thing about this. TERRIBLY sticky and doesn’t mist well over hair. It WILL hold, but it wrecked my hair before I went out for the evening :( if you’ve already purchased, maybe dilute with water or only use on sopping wet hair. Returning. Would not recommend

I had only heard of Honeybee Gardens for their elderberry syrup lol! Was surprised to find that they have a whole world of products outside of supplements. The search for a natural hairspray began bc I was getting so many headaches from regular aerosol hairspray. Looked up reviews online for the best natural hairspray that doesn’t cost a billion dollars, and this one kept popping up. I am natural with all household and beauty products EXCEPT hair, bc I have unruly curly hair and no matter what I tried, nothing natural worked for it. But after feeling like crap for so long from breathing in all the nasty fragrance, I decided to venture out into the natural hair world again. This is the first natural hairspray I’ve tried in the last few years, so maybe it’s new? Idk but who cares….it works. The claim of fast drying is true. I was completely shocked at how fast it dried. It is sticky, but I always spray hairspray outside anyway, so this really isn’t an issue for me. It’s not sticky on my hair at all, but it is on skin. It does wash off easily though. And honestly, it might just get on my forearms a little bit depending on how good my aim is. Not a dealbreaker whatsoever. The spray nozzle is fine. Not sure what all the complaints are about. It’s a very quick spray which I appreciate, because it’s more localized on my head and not spraying everywhere. The smell is very pleasant and dissipates within seconds. We have high humidity where I live right now so I did need to reapply after a few hours, but honestly that’s the case with any hairspray. My curls stayed and the spray didn’t weigh my hair down at all. I use a curl cream to define curls, diffuse until 100% dry, then use hairspray to finish. This spray exceeded my expectations. I am a customer for life. I seriously cannot believe how good this hairspray is. I don’t even miss the convenience of an aerosol at all and that’s saying a lot. The price is also fantastic for something this high quality. I don’t think you can find anything else out there that is this natural and works this well and is healthy for your hair at this price point. Will definitely purchase again!!!!!!!

Organic botanicals may help with shine over time but none noticed with use. Strong hold formula is not comb/brush friendly.

This used to be my go-to hair spray. It worked great and only had a light mint smell that dissipated almost immediately. The last bottle I bought smells terrible. It gave me a headache. It still seems to work, so I gave it 2 stars, but the odor is just awful. I will not be purchasing this brand again.

Nice product

This is perfect for my very dry hair, no alcohol so it won’t do more damage - it does what it’s mean to do by keeping my style in place and performs great in humidity - I will definitely buy again 🙂
