Worthless! I've been a happy Norelco user for 50 years and always satisfied with the original shavers and blades. But this brand of replacement blades is terrible! They simply don't cut day-old whiskers most of the time. You rub and rub and rub and about the tenth time the blades finally cut off half the length of any particular whiskers; then repeat to cut another half of the half, etc., and keep trying. I don't have 15 minutes every day to devote to these blades. I don't know what their problem is -- wrong angle, not sharp enough, poor screen guide, or what?? I gave them a full try for several weeks, knowing that sometimes blades need to lap in for best results. No luck. Finally went and dug up one of my older models (with original blades) and it cuts fine. When I want to re-blade my newer model, I'll be sure to shop at Norelco, not these failures. Sent a message via Amazon to the supplier but haven't heard in a week, so here's their public slap. Don't buy from them!

I have an older Norelco triple-head razor. The blade fit well and give a good shave.

They did not seem to work as well as those on the original shaver.

They use cheap steel, so it loses its sharpness in about a month! Not worth it.

These shaver heads are not OEM quality. They pull on whiskers and you need to go over the same place several times to get a close shave. I probably would not buy these again.

I recently errored by buying a set of #HQ9 replacement heads for my Phillips Norelco Electric razor and they did not cut smooth. They left my face with nubs only $17. Too late to return them now. BUT I went to the Philips Norelco site and searched for the real replacement # SH50 and they are GREAT. Cost more $31. As smooth as a hand held razer blade! BUT the other replacement heads are trash! ( DO NOT BUY#HQ9) Always go to the manufactures site first to get their actual replacement number. You get what you pay for, and in this case the after market is a scam. I did go on Amazon with the original makers model number and still bought from Amazon, #SH50. But the others that say replacement #HQ9 for this model razer are inferior. Made in China. The originals are made in the Netherlands by Philips Norelco

These are perfect we weren't able to buy locally as they do not make these anymore. Took a long time to arrive, at one point i contacted the seller as the tracking stopped.

Inefficient shaving heads

This purchase was total waste of money. I only bought them as they were on Amazon so thought they would therefore be ok. I feel that i have been conned by clever presentation. When I fitted them to my Philips electric razor they not only felt very rough on my face but would not cut whiskers clean. I would recommend that Amazon should remove them from sales for the sake of Amazon's reputation.
