I have used various energy bursts before, but this one seems to be exactly what I need. I am a person with disabilities undergoing multiple treatments since 2021. Occasionally, these treatments drain my energy and leave me feeling weak. When symptoms start, a shot gives you a quick energy boost. If you're in a similar situation like mine, especially when driving, it's good to have one in your car at all times. You receive a rapid energy boost within 5-7 minutes. As an added benefit, I would mention that the content is liquid. It works better for me as I tolerate it better than other gel-based products. The taste is sweet dar not bad. I really like it, but after I drink some water. In conclusion, I recommend it for a quick energy boost.

Great product with a long shelf life, have them stashed throughout my house, car, and bag in case I ever have a low blood sugar event.

I might be the only one who didn't use these energy pouches before a workout or for a similar purpose. I suffer from constant drowsiness and fatigue so figured I'd try an energy boost. I feel they provide instant "awake" effect though it doesn't last very long. Also the flavour seems too sugary. They did however help me recover some of my energy but I'd recommend half sizing the packets.

This product is easy to carry about as is not very large. I would maybe suggest popping on fridge beforehand as better tasting cold. I also preferred mine diluted in ice cold water as was very strong taste if drinking straight from the squeezy pouch. Not sure I felt energised after drinking, but certainly did feel refreshed.

Well, I am an 70yr old guy on a bike, who seems to flag a bit (possibly more than that!) after 20 miles around the cumbrian hills, so this little "pouch of vitality" seems to give me back about 10 years, and another 10 miles or so of trouble free peddling... and to me, that's more than worth 5 stars. Seriously, I cannot rate (compare) this because I dont know what else there is on the market, or what effect I am supposed to get (or should expect to get) from this sort of thing, but I am very happy with the boost this gives me for an hour or so. I will definitely buy again. I am not sure about the stimulating effect of caffiene, so I dont use these on every trip, as I feel that the "recovery time" is longer ... but that might just be because I have managed to do more miles

easy to carry around in ur bag. i use them for my sugar lows. Quite tasty and give me the energy i need.

Unsere Tochter nutzt das Gel für die Radrennen. Sie ist zufrieden mit Geschmack und Wirkung. Absoluter Vorteil ist der Schraubverschluss, der verhindert, dass die Finger kleben. Auf Langstrecken steckt sie eins in die Trikottasche als Reserve und hat es bisher auch auf dem Rad ohne Probleme öffnen können. Wir würden - vor allem Apfel - immer wieder kaufen. Einige Sorten sind mit Koffein und vor allem für Kinder/Jugendliche eher nicht zu empfehlen.

Ist auch sehr gut für Diabetiker geeignet um bei niedrigen Blutzuckerwert den Blutzucker schnell zu erhöhen
