I’ve had issues in the past with other magnesium formulas to the point I couldn’t tolerate them due to stomach pain they’ve caused. This formula is exceptional!!! A few years ago my doctor indicated that my magnesium levels were too low so told me to add a magnesium supplement. I tried a couple of other brands and they were hard to swallow or they caused digestive issues. Then I found this brand - easy to swallow and no stomach ache after taking the pills. My doctor is happy with my magnesium levels and I’m happy with this pill.

I’m so glad I received my tablets these are magnesium Malate in which most magnesium tablets are not. They truly help the buckling and pain in my legs. They are a lifesaver . I left off one star for the price being being so high. I have MVP and have had chest, back and jaw pain off and on for 20 years. I complained to my doctor and he said go to the ER whenever it happens. Right. If I did that I would have been going to the ER multiple times every month for the last 20 years. I had some cardio testing done about 10 years ago and I complained again about the pain. He shrugged his shoulders and said pain with MPV is normal. So I just lived with it even though sometimes it scared the snot out of me, thinking I was having a heart attack at times. Anyway, I started searching the internet about MPV symptoms and discovered that yes, indeed pain with MPV is common, but I also found a study had been done that revealed magnesium malate reduced or eliminated the pain in the study group. Since magnesium tends to give me loose stools I decided to try the timed release formula even though it's spendy. It eliminates that side effect. I have taken the product for one month now and I have not had any chest/back/jaw pain since taking this product. I realize one month isn't long for a test, but the relief of not dealing with this pain has been immense. I hope it continues! Update: Been taking this now for almost 4 years now. The price has gone up so I tried using a cheaper brand of regular magnesium and within a day my heart was giving me lots of irregular beats and pains. Went back to this stuff and things settled down. I am taking three in the evening. Four is the serving size, but trying to get by with the least amount that keeps my symptoms controlled because of the cost.

I am an honest reviewer. I do not leave a review unless it is important, and this product was an essential add-on to my daily supplements. For days, I endured muscle ache in my right shoulder that was stubborn about going away. However, I noticed I could move my arm more easily within an hour of taking this supplement after days of experiencing pain. I hope my review will be of service to anyone experiencing muscle aches. Also, I felt a little more energized to move around than I had been in previous days, and it feels good to share my pleasant experience with using this supplement.

this is the best form of magnesium to take. there is also a fast release. easily absorbed by the body. Cramps in my hands, legs, and feet are pretty much a thing of the past.

Really good product

My mother and I have been taking these for well over a year. I find that if I skip a few days of these my body tends to hurt a little more. It’s very difficult to know what’s actually working and what’s not, but because magnesium is such a necessary mineral for us to be healthy this is something I will carry on taking. This particular one I take during the day, in fact with my breakfast. The are other magnesium types which aid sleep, but this is not it. The daily recommended dosage is 4x times, however I only take one in the morning as I take another magnesium (by the same brand) which helps with sleep. Taking 4x tablets per day would make this a n expensive vitamin/mineral for me to take. Since I followed a healthy diet and take other supplements I only take 1x tablet per day.

This form of magnesium is the ONLY one I need to take. It is highly absorbable, and works very well. I have been able to decrease the total amount of magnesium I need to take for control of muscle cramps, and nerve pain. The slow release gives me great coverage. I was having to take up to 6 x 3,750 mg tablets of quick release magnesium malate, and now need only 3 x 500mg SR Magnesium per day. MagSRT meets my needs to perfection.

Very helpful, an excellent product. I have benefited enormously from the magnesium with slow release. I used to suffer from migraines, even in my sixties, and nothing helped until I read that some research had been done showing that magnesium supplements could help migraine sufferers. I started taking the product and the migraines I'd had for 40 years stopped immediately: I can now drink wine and eat chocolate!
