Absolutely stellar. This should be standard reading in all of America and anyone in any part of the civilized world. This reveals the true, measurable chemistry behind eating habits and why it has the effect it does on metabolism, build, mentality, mood, and other areas.

Haven't read this one yet but believe it will be good if anything like this author's other publications. Very knowledgeable man with much research and hands on experience. Have been using his products for almost 4 years and we have had amazing results. Thank you, Dr. Wallach!!

I have all of Doc's books and have enjoyed them thoroughly however found this one a little disjointed, by that i mean that it didn't flow for me, good info without much linking dialogue.

This was recommended by my therapist and it has been a very good book to read with a lot of great information.
