These are really great. I use them for my total gym. It helps with the cable usage and being able to have more of a turning ability and not being uncomfortable in certain exercises. The clips are rather large. I ended up using only one per side and then the original clips, so new clip, swing swivel, old clip is how I applied them. It will give you more slack in the cable as well. So you may want to consider not using the clips. They are very smooth and quiet which was what I was looking for. I didn't want to have to exercise hearing noise. They are easy to install, and do add a bit weight to the cable. Overall I would recommend them. They are a bit pricey which took me a bit to consider buying but am happy with the results.

I put this on my daughters swing and let me tell you it has zero resistance!! You spin it..IT WILL KEEP ON SPINNING FOR A LIFE TIME!! lol Great product! I even tested my 250lbs self on it. Zero issues! Worth the money!

Great product, haven't been able to test the claims of the weight, but supported myself and daughter on a new Disc Swing. It's smooth and quiet when in use. Should last longer than the swing! Great quality and packaging.

My husband ordered this swivel for the autism swing we ordered for our kids for Christmas because the swivel the swing came with just wasn’t working. The swivel is durable for all children, but if your child has sensory needs and loves to spin while swinging, this swivel is the perfect choice!!

I inserted this swivel between my heavy bag's d-ring and the ring at the top of the mount. The swivel allows the bag to rotate freely around its vertical axis, and reduces strain on the straps and the metal hardware. The rotation of the swivel is silky smooth and totally quiet. In the long run, this swivel will pay for itself in terms of making the bag and hardware last longer. Highly recommend! Not sure why the review process is asking me about a toy -- "Was the toy suitable for the selected age?" This isn't a toy. It's a piece of hardware for hanging heavy things and allowing them to spin.

I love the swivel, it still works ultra smooth after several years. However you should use a different carabiner if you plan to keep this outdoors. The one included rusts easily. I’m going to replace that portion with a pair of stainless steel carabiners.

Use these to hang my swinging chairs from on my porch, easy to use, rugged and very durable, have been out on an open porch for a year now and still look almost new. Also gives a great sense of security as strong as they appear.
