I don't have a dishwasher in my new place. After a few months of normal soap and rinse I decided I needed to make a 3 compartment dish pit setup. Adding a bin with this sanitizer really changes the game. Aside from dishes no longer having streaks no matter how much I scrubbed the mental ease of knowing my dishes are sanitized is great. There is some math to be done in order to get the right amount in smaller quantities but one you figure it out just write it on the bottle and you're good to go!

I needed a food grade sanitizer for my home fermentation projects. I started making my own apple cider vinegar and fermented vegetables. I found this product on Amazon. When diluted, it works great on glassware and utensils. Cleanliness is the key to success when doing fermation projects.
