Amazing products would highly recommend

I cant imagine my bottle cleaning routine without this steam steriliser. It fits alot inside it and is easy to use. Not as fast especially if u added too much water. The bottles are more than you will need for one baby. However I did have to go and buy the advanced anti colic valve ones for a while. Now that baby is older, back to these. I use the bottle warmer on the daily. Only issue is, it's easy to forget it running. The transport pouches are quite important to keep milk warm on the go. Honestly this set is the perfect gift and I cant imagine the cost and hassle of buying everything separately. My only gripe with this set is that there's always a few drops of milk left in the end of the feeding bottle that you cant get out due to its shape. But with quite a bit of angualtion and experimentation we found a way to make it trickle down to the nipple. (I'm not about to throw away even one drop of my expressed milk!). I know that this device will be a bit bulky on my countertop in a smaller kitchen, and due to the bottle shape they take up space to store and transport.

Overall a good collection, did have trouble with machine turning off after 1-2 mins. Got in touch with product support and advised that after 2weeks the machine should be descaled. I bought the recommended descaler, Oust all-purpose sachets, available from Amazon. Not expensive and worked very well. The machine then ran a full 9min cycle and my daughter is a lot happier with the sterilisers performance.

I ordered this and the steriliser burnt out (seen in first photo) after 3 uses. I contacted Tommee Tippee they replaced it, no issues they said it shouldn’t be burning out like that.. especially after 3 uses… Amazon sent a new one out next day. Lovely. New one come it burn out EVEN WORSE AFTER 1 USE! And this time it stinks of burning and all the bits and bobs are all smelly! Tommee Tippee now are saying this is fine and normal and I should be descaling it after every use! This is absolutely outrageous how they think it’s acceptable to have products which do this and because they replaced one it’s now my fault and won’t send a new one out again. Very disappointed in them! I found a Facebook page today which had over 200 comments in 20 minutes stating many other people had the same issue and sent it back and moved away from them! I’m hoping Amazon will return it so i can buy a new one else where! Not happy!

Got this on a Black Friday deal and it’s spot on. Everything is great quality. Great set up for parents ready for baby.

This does exactly what it says on the tin and it is fantastic, but there is one serious flaw with product...it does not alert you when it fails to reach temperature! In example, i would load the steamer with bottles, press the button and walk off, while it did its thing. I was confident of its operation, having watched it a few times, when i first got it. However, one day, I noticed that there was some scaling on the heat plate (normal for a hard water area), but i was unaware that the machine was not reaching temperature (due in part, we think, to needing a clean). The machine will not function properly if the cleaning routine is not strictly followed. Now, we could get into "it's my fault for not cleaning frequently enough", although a visual check, did not warrant a clean. The complaint here, is that the machine does not warn the user that there is a problem...so users may be unwittingly feeding from bottles, that have not been sterilized properly. Given the potential consequences of doing so and the main aim of the product, it is super important that you clean regularly and frequently check that machine is working properly...don't just press the start button, assume its working and walk away. Once i discovered the flaw, i simply cleaned regularly and make a point of spot checking its function. So, great product, but could have a safety layer added.

I know these bottles and steriliser get a bad rep but I can not fault at all, my boy loves the bottles and the steriliser is super easy to use and keep clean. We don’t use the bottle warmer much anymore but was amazing for the first few weeks of baby being home when using ready 2 feed bottles

J’ai reçu en cadeau pour la naissance de mon fils. L’idée de cette ensemble est super bien. Tout était dans le colis. Les biberons sont géniaux, les dosettes aussi. Ça viens avec une petite sucette qui taille bien pour les nouveaux nés. Les bémols.... il faut les adapter car le stérilisateur et chauffe biberon ont les prises UK. Ensuite les couvercle de le stérilisateur était cassé sur un côté et puis je ne sais pas si c’est une problème connu mais le chauffe biberon coule l’eau par le trou où il est là câble électrique. Alors pas très safe! Je suis très déçu car là chauffe biberon est très pratique et chauffe plutôt vite. Je vais essayer de contacter le fournisseur pour trouver une solution. Voilà!!

Faire attention le câblage est adapté pour des prises anglaises
