The Collagen in this product seems to bond with my bones on my bone to bone knees so there is a slightly "slippery" joint to help prevent knee pain. Been using this great product for 3 years now.

Great supplements for joints and skin. I have to take only 2 as these supplements definitely work a little havoc on my digestive system if I take more. Overall, they definitely assist me with my body's movement without feeling heavy or rigid. Also my nails, skin and hair grow faster taking this supplement.
