Very good product. Value for money.
Very good sound quality... better than my jbl full ear noice cancellation earphone. Only issue is earbuds shows charged even when not charged. Sometimes i need to put it much longer like 1 hr to make it actually work.

Not a great piece for taking calls
A bit expensive, can't be used for taking calls. As the person on other side complains about voice quality. For music and movies its 10/10. Calls poor

Sound Quality at best
I bought this product for the sole purpose of listening to music and it serves the purpose at best. Mic is almost non functional though. Can't make calls coz the person on the other end can't hear me properly. Zero to minimal noise leakage. Comfort wise, could be better. If you are one for good quality sound, I'd recommend this fine earbuds. There are much fancy ones out there at this price range but I can't trust them on the sound quality. (Look out for reviews from pros) If you're looking for something all round (music, calls and comfort), at this price range you'd have to compromise on some of them. And this one, I'd say needs much improvements on the mic.

Ear Buds not turning ON!! Crap!
The ear buds are not turning on. What crap! This is my 2nd time that I received defective product from soundpeats. Why does Amazon include such cheap brands and waste our time? @Amazon: Stop editing my review

Severe charging issue
Produce quality: Painfully bad. Ordered the earbuds on 8 September. Even though it was shipped across country, still it took only about 2 weeks to deliver it through Blue Dart (it was delivered on 21 September). Upon unboxing, the charging case was functioning great. The left earbud was functioning well too. Issue was that the right earbud was not functioning at all. So I requested for a replacement. The defective product was picked up on 24 September. To my surprise, the replacement was made on 26 September. So far, so good. To my utter dismay, the replacement was even worse: while the charging box was working great, none of the earbuds were working at all. I didn’t expect this at all. Hence, I am returning it. I am done with Soundpeats!!

1 year of use revisit at the bottom of the review. Original Review: I just ran through the first full charge on these earbuds. They sound better than the price point may lead one to believe. Bass is quite full compared to other wireless buds I've used with mids not very accurate and fairly decent highs. At this price point ($30-35) you really cannot have very high expectations. The multifunction buttons built into both earbuds do not feel very intuitive and take some force to actuate. I did not enjoy pausing, resuming or changing volume as every push resulted in pushing them deeper into my ear canal, which is not that much fun. The case is not particularly large and would fit in any pocket. The magnets inside the case will definitely keep the buds secure to their charging locations. There is no external case indication of charge status of the ear buds. You have to open the case and look at the LEDs on the buds themselves in order to find out whether they are done charging, or not. The two external LEDs on the case are solely to indicate case charging status. If you look very closely and focus on the lid of the case you will find out that it's partially transparent and the ear bud LEDs may be visible through the case lid, but not in all conditions. If you are outside in bright light you're unlikely to be able to see through the case lid, but inside and in dim lighting they should be visible without opening the lid. Case lid can be operated single handed if needed. I made a 1 hour long phone call with no mic quality complaints. I also spent another 3.5 hours playing music at volume between 35 and 50% for a total charge lasting 4.5 hours. There are a total of 4 sizes tips included in the box to cater to different sized ear canals. I highly suggest experimenting with the different sized tips to get the best fit before you start judging noise cancellation, volume or how securely they fit into your ears. Additionally when placing these buds into your ears, you should use a twisty motion for best fitment and also grasp the bud on its sides and avoid pushing the multi-function button. Only 1 microphone hole is visible on each bud, but both buds have a separate microphone allowing them to each be paired and used separately for phone calls or if you want to listen to music/podcasts/video with one bud only in mono mode. That requires a separate pairing setup compared to stereo pairing with a device. I will make it a point to use this set only going forward over the next few weeks in order to fully evaluate them and update the review with more insight and real world usage statistics, but so far so good. Definitely a good buy in this price range and they seem to deliver a lot of value at a very reasonable price point that is affordable to the masses. 6 Month Update As I approach the 6 month mark I decided to take a second look at these earbuds. They have been my daily drivers for the past 5+ months. They have been great for phone calls and listening to music. The battery life has stayed consistent throughout and I have yet to keep them in my ear long enough to completely drain the case to a point where earbuds and case are both dead. I am quite keen of the way they sound and I highly recommend purchasing these. They do not do very well when running, but for walking, commuting, desk, couch, cleaning around the house and other more mellow activities these earbuds certainly hold their own and remain an excellent value in the segment. 1 Year revisit: I have been using these earbuds now for a full year. They still provide 8 hrs of continuous listening to podcasts/music and watching videos. These have far surpassed all of my expectations. By far my favorite feature remains the ability to pair one earbud with my phone and the other earbud with my work laptop. I have been working remotely for some weeks now, and this feature absolutely takes the crown as most useful for me. I am on conference calls nearly daily and these earbuds have performed great. These ear buds are likely not meant to be used for extensive calls because they have a single microphone in each earbud. They bring in noise into the call and muddle the voice a bit when in noisy environments. No issues at all if you're in a quiet room, but you should not expect noise cancelling performance in calls. If used with knowledge of this shortcoming, you will remain happy with them for a long time. I still stand behind these as the best value wireless earbuds I have ran into over the years.

The family owns several pairs of the SoundPeats Magnetic Wireless Earbuds. Although they sound great, they do not fit my smaller ear canals well. I looked at the reviews for the SoundPeats True Wireless Earbuds and found a number of people saying they fit their smaller ear canals well so I decided to try these. Fit The other reviews were correct. this model does fit extremely well and are comfortable. There are 4 size tips included with the bud, extra small, small, medium, and large. I have on the small tips (they ship with medium installed). Sound One of the first thing I noticed was the volume. These things are loud! I own a pair of Sennheiser corded buds and a pair of corded Bose On Ear headphones. These are louder than anything else I own or have tied. Beyond the sheer volume, which I turned down, the sound is impressive. I have Dolby Audio on my phone so I used the equalizer to balance them to my preference. They can be a little "boomy" so I cut the bass more than where I have it set for my Sennheisers and Bose. Once I was happy with the adjustments, I would say that they can compete with my other high end ear buds and headphones. I passed them around to several other people that were in the room and they were all impressed. They isolate background noise quite well. They aren't true noise cancelling but you aren't getting that level of technology at this price point. These aren't billed as noise cancelling and I did not expect them to be. Connectivity I've seen some reviews talking about pairing issues. I have had zero problems. I have a phone with Bluetooth version 4.2. With my phone's Bluetooth enabled, all I have to do is take them out of the case and they immediately pair. Battery Life/Charging The specs say 1.5 hours of music. The longest I've used them at any one time is 1.5 hours and I haven't heard a low battery notification yet. I've seen on other reviews that there are no charging indicator lights on the case. Maybe there has been a case upgrade since those other reviews. The lid on my case is a smoked plastic and you can see the charging status through the lid, and there are leds on the front when plugged into the wall. Microphone and call quality I use these for listening to music and not making/taking phone calls, so I cannot comment on these features. Conclusion They fit great, sound great, and are a great value. Now that the rest of the family has heard them, I'm probably going to have to order another pair (or three). Edit - Yep, ended up ordering another 4 pairs. One for each if the other 3 family members, and 1 for the daughter's boyfriend that also had tried mine.

Let me start by saying I have had a pair of SoundPeats Q12's since they came out and they were awesome! I went from a pair of Beats earbuds to those and really enjoyed the quality of the SoundPeats, gonna refer to them as SP going forward, over the Beats especially for the money. But this review is about the True Wireless and NOT the Q12, so here we go. Sound: The sound is not bad, when they don't cut out more on that in a minute. I don't feel the bass is as good as my Q12's, nor is the midrange. The highs can hit better than what I'm used which is nice. So as far as sound they are good for the price. Battery Life: They battery life is good and they charge fast. Not much else to say on that 🙂 Connectivity: Here is my BIGGEST issue and why I will be returning them after a week or so of use. As far as connecting to devices they do that very well and it's super easy! The biggest problem is it staying connected. It's not like they lose total connection to the device, but one ear may stop playing music, vice versa, or both ears give that breaking ip digital sound. I have tried these on 3 laptop, 2 tablets, and my Note 10+, and ALL of them have the same result. I never this issue with the Q12's and have gone back to using those. I bought these because of my previous experience with SP products, hell my wife has a pair Q30's because she loved how mine sounded and have held up. I am just disappointed in how these turned out. I waited for a long time to splurge on myself, yeah they are cheap but some am I 😉, and when I take the plunge I'm left wanting. I hope this helps someone else or maybe it's just the pair I have that suck, but either way I'll stick to what I have and know.

Let me preface this review by mentioning that these SoundPEATS are my first pair of truly wireless earbuds and the absolute novelty of that level of sonic freedom definitely informs this review. Like many of you, I have had a lifetime of experience with good wired headphones and earbuds. My first foray into the world of wireless headphones was with my excellent Sennheiser HD4.40BT over-the-ear bluetooth headphones. Also, I am utilizing the thoroughly customizable Poweramp Pro as my default music player. (Shout out to my mans, MinBoogie, for recommending it.) Having said that, once you've determined the proper ear tips for your unique ear canals and have positioned them just right, these buds can deliver surprisingly solid sound quality, excellent noise isolation and a fully immersive 360 degree stereo soundstage. When I have them on, I don't want to take them off and when I'm not wearing them, I'm looking forward to having a reason to put them on. No joke. The default ear tips were my preference. The highs and mids are clear and localizable, if not as open as a higher end 'bud and are also somewhat overshadowed by the copious amounts of VERY satisfying deep, resonant, undistorted bass that I enjoy at all but ear-threatening volume levels, which I feel no need to plumb. Listen to Post Malone's "Wow" through these. It's hypnotic. Easy initial pairing and automatic pairing thereafter. For effortless stereo listening, remove the right earbud from the case first and insert it into your right ear. Remove and insert the left earbud with the quickness. Done and done. Extremely lightweight buds and case but both very well conceived and executed. Intuitive controls. Excellent battery life. Overall, I am very satisfied. These bad boys are definitely fighting above their weight class. You really can't go wrong here. SoundPEATS clearly stands by their products as reflected in the few reviews where buyers experienced product defects. In terms of sheer audio performance and delivering an extremely enjoyable everyday user experience, if not in terms of neat features like ambient awareness, access to Google Assistant and Siri and volume control on the buds, the SoundPEATS Truefree+ Wireless Earbuds are easily best in class at their modest price point and an unqualified bargain. In point of fact, I would argue that they would acquit themselves well in a head-to-head listening session with any true wireless 'buds out there. At any any price point. And they look good too.

I never really felt the need for wireless earbuds before. Pairing them with bluetooth and fooling with settings just seemed like a lot of unnecessary work. Not to mention worrying about the battery. It doesn't get much easier than simply plugging in a pair of wired earbuds. However, wired headphones will no longer stay in my phone as the port is too loose and they pop right out. Going wireless seemed like the best option, but I didn't want to break the bank. Budget headphones can be hit or miss, but I have had SoundPeats in the past, so I was excited to try these. They do not disappoint. My worries about "fooling with settings" instantly went away. I have had headphones in the past that were a pain to pair to my device. Heck, they were even a pain to turn off. The power/pairing button just had so many functions that you never quite knew what was happening. You had to hold the button for a specific amount of time and wait for audio cues to have any idea. These, however, are almost as simple to use as a pair of wired earbuds. As soon as I took them out of their case, they turned on and starting pairing. I easily found them in my bluetooth menu (it was actually labeled clearly, rather than the seemingly random string of letters and numbers that some devices seem to have). To turn them off, I simply return them to the case. Now that they have been paired, taking them out turns them on and automatically pairs them to my phone. This probably seems normal to many and not even worth mentioning, but I was just shocked at how easy it was. Oh, and I don't even have to worry about charging them! They charge in their case, so they are ready to go any time I use them (as long as I remember to charge the case every once in awhile haha). The case seems pretty sturdy and secure as well. The headphones snap right in via magnets and the lid closes pretty tight, so I wouldn't worry about them popping out. At the end of the day, these are headphones, so sound quality is probably the most important aspect. It seems fine to me. I have had much worse, so I don't really have any complaints. I am far from an expert, but I doubt you could find THAT much better in wireless buds at this price. They fit my ears nicely and have a decent amount of noise cancellation. I don't like to listen to music too loudly and I also like to be able to slightly hear my surroundings, so they are perfect for me. I am not sure how well they would work if you want to drown out all outside noise. Overall, the quality is actually quite surprising, especially at this price. They are definitely worth buying.
