All D'Souza in one table spoon
Oh my gosh, this was recommended by a physician. I have used this for over 5 year. Give me all the vitamin D I need in one table spoon, once a day. Great taste.

Don't be scared off by taste reviews, you get used to it.
It's a thin cloudy white colored liquid. It has a good amount of magnesium in it, which I was looking for because I like to take vitamin D separate because I require a larger dose than usual, and most include it. I take this for nerve and intestinal issues, and it seems to be helping with that. The taste: Oh yuck. It's bad and I can usually take all vitamin and pharmaceutical tastes. That said, I did get used to it by the 3rd time. So if you think you can get used to the taste this is a descent supplement. UPDATE: Ok, so I actually like the taste, now. Weird. I think it was just strong, but seriously after about 3-4 doses, I had no problem with the taste, and thought it was pretty good. It's been a really good supplement, too, so if you were doubtful of the taste, just go for it, you will get used to it, and reap the benefits of the stuff.

Ok
Not sure if it’s working. The taste is not so bad though.

Dangerous product, buyer beware.
I never write reviews but I am compelled to leave a warning for this. This is a dangerous product with inaccurate dosing instructions. I have been taking various magnesium supplements for leg cramps, sleep aid and motility for 5+ years and never had any issues. I took a half-dose of this for a week with no noticeable benefits or adverse affects. Last night I decided to take a full dose with a full glass of water right before bed. Woke up 4 hrs later with my blood pressure dangerously low and a splitting headache, nausea and dizziness that would not subside with tylenol. I had noticed some reviews talking about similar adverse heart effects on the Trace Minerals Mega Mag product, but figured I'd try this magnesium product based on a recommendation. I would not recommend at all.

why can't I get this anymore?
I Love this magnesium, and have used it for Years for our adult disabled son. It needs to be in liquid form in order for it to mixed with his water and administered through his gastric tube. HOWEVER, I have not been able to order this item lately, and have been using the same brand, but in dropper form. it is not working out well for us since it's difficult to calibrate the amt needed. When will this bottle be available again? I Pray that you're not discontinuing it!

very good way to get digestible magnesium
It has to be refrigerated once open, but not before, and lasts well over a month with daily use. You shake well, mix a tsp of it in a bit of water, and chug it. The taste is a little pepperminty. Shake it well each time, otherwise you end up with a cake of magnesium at the bottom at the end. It is not travel-friendly, but I can go away for weeklong trips and leave it at home. My only real gripe is that you have to cut a hole in the safety cover under the lid to pour it out, it would be nice to have something built in to make that less messy. Added: no matter what you do, you end up with that cake on the bottom - very difficult to remove in order to recycle!
