On my hunt for the perfect daily sunscreen I stumbled across this gem. I have tried an embarrassing amount of facial sunscreens both high end from Sephora, ulta, Nordstrom, etc and low end drugstore. I have also tried many Korean sunscreens. I get dark spots easily so everyday facial sunscreen is a MUST for me. I also prefer to have some amount of physical sunscreen in the formula (as is in this one) because it’s good for preventing dark spots. For reference I am a mom in my 30s, fair skin, combo skin type- dry some areas and oily t zone. On my hunt i decided to look for a moisturizer with sunscreen, just to make my life easier. I’m a busy mom why not combine the two steps of moisturizer and sunscreen if I can, right? When searching for a moisturizer with spf Amazon recommended this to me when I searched. The reasons why I love this sunscreen are: -daily moisturizer PLUS sunscreen (2 in 1) -cheap in comparison to other expensive sunscreens I’ve tried -not greasy -light weight -easy to blend -no white cast on me -good for my sensitive skin -combo chemical and physical (contains zinc oxide!) -easy pump bottle -good for my combination skin type -wears well under makeup -unscented (well at least I can’t smell any scent) -doesn’t burn my eyes and no skin sensitivity -doesn’t cause me to break out in acne Cons: (I really can’t think of many) -not super emollient- people with super dry skin who want a heavy lotion- this isn’t it. -because it contains a small amount of zinc oxide someone with a very deep skin tone may have to rub this in for a second longer than a full chemical sunscreen. Typically chemical/physical mixtures (such as this one) don’t leave a white cast through on *most* skin tones! Possibly though, if you are on the deepest end of the skin tone spectrum. -wish it was at LEAST a spf 40! -not waterproof (wish it was!) In conclusion- after trying all these expensive sunscreens I’m almost embarrassed I didn’t try the affordable olay first because it’s sooo good! This is perfect for everyday! It’s easy to wear under makeup and sits on my skin so nice without making it dry or oily. No adverse reactions, skin irritations or eyes burning! I had no idea I was buying a 2 pack but was pleasantly surprised when two of them showed up. I keep one in my makeup area and one by my front door to reapply when I go on walks. I also tried the olay moisturizer that is spf 40 but that one is purely a chemical sunscreen with no zinc oxide in it so i prefer this olay spf 30 which is a combination of sunscreen filters! I wish I would’ve found it earlier it would’ve saved me a lot of money. If you have combo skin (both dry in some areas and oily in the tzone) like me I think you will love this sunscreen! Love this! Exactly what I’ve been wanting. I have an oily T zone and large pores. I’ve been experimenting lately with primers and I’m very happy with this and I’ve tried a lot. I needed a face primer with a matte finish that has spf to wear under my foundation. I also have sensitive skin and breakouts so most primers/spf face creams are greasy and break me out or feel caked on or just don’t go well under my makeup. This went perfectly under my makeup and fits right into my skincare routine. It is giving my face some protection along with helping my makeup stay on and control the oil without clogging my pores . It’s lightweight, clear and you can’t even tell it’s on. It would also work well without makeup for those who don’t wear. My only complaint is the cost. Definitely pricey for a small bottle. Also, noticed this is only available on Amazon. Please make it available at other stores. I’m not sure if this is a new product but please continue to make it. It’s great ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love Olay facial moisturizer

Both my mother and I have used this sunscreen for years. They recently changed the formula (NOT for the better) and now we both dislike it and have moved on to a new brand of sunscreen. My mother says the new formula dries out her normal skin and for me this new formula no longer works under makeup. Such a shame when brands change a formula that didn’t need changed. Usually this is for some marketing purpose to remove ingredients that some influencer has said are bad when in fact they are not or to add ingredients that didn’t need to be added. For example this contains niacinamide. A lot of people are sensitive to this ingredient and can’t use it. Olay will lose customers over an ingredient that isn’t necessary to have in sunscreen.

We use this daily and constantly reorder. It feels great and we love that it has no fragrance. The SPF is added bonus of protection. An essential part of our daily routine!

This gel is amazing! It goes on smooth and is not sticky at all. It feels so good on my face and gives a refreshing feeling. My sister recommended it to me and I’m so glad I gave it a try. It really is nice to put on right before applying my makeup. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a high quality sunscreen to add to their skin care routine.
