Great guitar a step beyond a beginnner
Was having trouble finding this guitar in stock, but it was the one my teenage son wanted. It came packed extremely well, and made his 16th birthday memorable. It sounds great, looks great, and is better quality than his starter guitar. No info was included about the locking nut. While it is simple in what it does, having some info on it included with the guitar would have been very welcome. Seems like something the maker of the guitar should include, it would have saved me some internet searching. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Easy to.modify, and upgrade to custom shop playability.
This guitar comes with a steel claw and screws, and a zinc trem block. I upgraded both to brass and added size 10 screws to fill the diameter holes in my upgraded brass claw, and got some stiffer red quiet springs and a trem blocker, to block the bridge solid for d tuna . The guitar sounds amazing and I upgraded bridge hardware to stainless and a brass block for the tremolo. I got earny ball slinky set and a bondhaus 3 mm t handle Allen wrench for working on the bridge and nut, makes torque more evenly distributed. And speeds up a string change to minutes of progress rather than dropping that short Allen wrench a few times while trying to succeed on a floyd. With the trem stabilizer installed hvy springs and e flat tune is max for this shred machine before the bridge rocks up.but it zeros out with dives or pullups instantly vs float , alot more pressure to whammy, but its smooth and howls perfect with no spring noise , very smooth and controllable lowering or pulling up a few pitches. And goes back solidly in to tune.

Excellent
Bought this to add to my guitar collection and must say is a much better quality guitar over some of my other guitars. Of course first off I have never had a guitar with a Floyd Rose bridge before and after getting it went to put new strings on it. Had to do some looking into the whole Floyd Rose Bridge first and then after doing a couple strings I started to get the hang of it. After replacing the strings and then playing around with getting everything correct and in tune it had held tuning pretty well and sounds really great. Though not to thrilled with the Floyd Rose locking nuts on the neck since I tend to rub against them when using 1 and 2nd fret but I just need to adjust my playing to it.

Perfect item
It’s for my 15yo daughter who wants to start playing, the finishing is smooth and size is perfect I highly recommend this guitar, pick ups a little noisy I think but you can fix that using a noise reducer on your head amp

Great guitar
Only problem I had, which is not really an issue, is action is super high and intonation is wayyy off from factory. But, I always bring my new guitars to a Luthier to fix this. After I got it back, ooooooh man what a dream! I frickin love this guitar! Im not a fan of the stock pickups but they are do-able. Guitar arrived in perfect condition, no scratches or bumps, no defects. Just ordered some EMG Bone Breakers to switch pickups with. I would definitely recommend this guitar for any hard core Kirk Hammett fans on a budget. Go for it!
