I absolutely love this item. Initially they seemed a little tighter than I liked but as they wear, they are getting more comfortable but still providing the required compression. My favorite feature is the fact that the black ones have a symbol in the upper seam, that are in-lined with the heal and toe. If you put your opposite hand's thumb one top of the symbol when pulling the item on, the sock will self-orient to be in line with your heal and toes. Pretty cool! As far as the swelling reduction goes, it is a marked improvement over wearing ankle socks and watching the ballooning begin.

I ordered wrong size. My bad! Making them available to my daughters and granddaughters. They were exactly what I ordered. I wanted color and they are colorful!

Men's "extra large", that they say fit shoe size 12-16 is BS. My US shoe size is 12D and my toes must curl tightly in order for the heal to fit. I'm hoping to find some one to give them to that has smaller feet. I will try double extra large if I order that brand again. I like the construction and the calf height, but the one pair I tried on for a day was just to painfull.
