I’ve been using these these balls for 10+ years and I love them because of their firmness, grip, and a little give/compressibility. However, they get softer and softer over time. I started incorporating lacrosse balls more because of this. They never lose their firmness, but can be too intense at times. The Plus size works well for most my upper body as I am 6’0 180lbs and does well on my glutes. Lifespan of the ball is maybe a year for me. 4 1/2 stars

These are the correct therapy balls recommended by Yoga for Life Sadie Nardini HIIT face program. I am anxious to use them in conjunction with her on line program. So excited to start.

I could not live without these after using them for a few weeks. You have no idea how much tension you have until you release it by simply resting the ball. Great for face tension and don’t cause wrinkles. Highly recommend.

My body seems to tolerate this item vs tennis ball and similar. The only issues are: 1. expensive 2. the mesh does not hold the 2 balls together well enough.

I use them mostly for feet to get those trigger points massaged. They are much better than tennis ball that gets soft within time. And grippy texture which you need when to do self-massage of the shoulder on the wall, that the ball does not slide.

For me, these have been the best massage balls. I use them on my back. I have tried many other balls, including balls sold as massage balls, and also tennis balls and lacrosse balls. These are just right. Other balls are either too hard or too soft or feel right but then the ball loses its roundness and I can't roll on them. I did think they were pricey. But they're worth it.

These are terrific. They aren't at all like the rubber balls my dog has. They have much more grip, a softness that grows with use, and enough hardness to work my muscles without pinching. I watched a couple of short YouTube videos to get a sense of how to work with them. Just 10 minutes and my back feels so much better. The pain comes back after a few hours, but maybe with time it won't come back. I have only used the balls twice so far! I have had backache for many years, lower back and thoracic, and these help both areas but the huge relief is in the upper back. Definitely worth it if you want relief from your back pain.

Ces petites balles de massage, bien que plus chères que la concurrence, me semblent plus durables que celles que j'ai pu acheter par le passé et qui perdaient progressivement leur forme ronde, et par conséquent perdaient tout intérêt (massage moins profond, balle qui ne roule plus). Je les utilise maintenant occasionnellement, elles servent essentiellement pour mon dos pour libérer certaines tensions localisées.

Hallo, ich habe diese wunderbaren Bälle am 19 02.19 bestellt. Super gut und im Netz auch doppelt verwendbar. Ich empfehle diese Bälle im Zuge meiner Ergonomieberatung in unserem Unternehmen. Seit dem wurden bestimmt 100 Einheiten bestellt. Mit zunehmender Bestellhäufigkeit ist der Preis leider um 10€ auf ungleubliche 32 € gestiegen. Ich werde Ihre Bälle nun nicht mehr weiter empfehlen, da ich diese Preissteigerung alls sehr unangemessen empfinde. Update am 27.12.20 Leider lassen die Bälle nach mehrmaliger Nutzung nach und werden immer weicher.
