I chew this gum almost everyday. Each piece will last a couple to several days if chewed for no more than several hours a day. After a year of chewing, my masseter muscles are able to flex and my jaw is more defined. If you are looking to get a sharper edge to your jawline, then look no further. This gum is it! Yes, it's more expensive than other gums, yet this product only comes from a Greek island called Chios. I like the hint of sappy flavor with no sugar added. It's all natural, and so you don't have to worry about cavities.

There are a few great things about this gum. As an American with Greek heritage, I've heard purported health benefits of Mastiha for a while. I will say something that I didn't expect was how great of a jaw workout this gum is. Honestly I think my jawline has become more defined (working the masseter muscles). It is a hardy gum and seriously lasts about as long as you can chew it. I've never really had a gum be able to outlast my jaw endurance, but here we are! Great taste too. Sort of pine-like at first and then very neutral. Highly recommend. Not sure why others didn't give 5 stars. Probably will buy again.

I use this as a natural chewing gum and digestion aid. One 100g packet should last you a very long time. Approximately 10 tears will give you a good chewing wad that literally lasts all day, and can even last multiple days if you want it to. Obviously if you're chewing it for the digestion benefits you'll need to chew more. To give you an idea, I'd estimate the 100g bag has to contain upwards of 1,000 tears. When the gum gets dry it will crackle and crumble completely in your mouth, then your saliva quickly reconstitutes it into gum.

I've bought these chios gums in the past and the gum was always clean and unifor in color. I opened my 100 gram bag and saw foreign objects and the product didn't look clean. I opened my 25 gram bag and saw more foreign objects and what looked like mold. Anyone else get packs like this? These are all new and far from the expiration date, but they don't look safe to consume to me. This is an amazing gum for acid reflux and I was counting on this product, but the condition is filthy and contaminated.

The packaging is pretty awesome. You know it'll keep your gum fresh. It's my first time buying Mastic gum so I can't judge the quality of the gum. It's a pretty tough chew, and at first the flavor is like biting into a pine needle then like 5 crunches later there is no flavor. My boyfriend and I like it. We chew it as gum. Also the bag is a lot smaller than I thought, but I still think this is a pretty good buy. It takes a while to come in because it's imported from Greece. Anywho I would probably buy it again, but a bag with bigger tears. These tears are pretty small.

Jaw workout,but it helps with stomach and my gut issue. Even gives me some energy or makes it so that I can get up and function.

Excellent product.

I think this is my last purchase. way too expensive.
