I ordered them a few times. They arrived with the box intact and the product was always within the expiration date. These are so bad for you, but so delicious when pan fried in butter. In fact, if you've never had them pan fried in butter, you haven't eaten them properly.

Nice to have for a quick snack. Fresh and you can't go wrong with the brand name. Expiration date is way ahead in time too. It will be eaten by then anyways. Quick Shipping!

Hello, just as a short review the Honey Buns I received were very fresh compared to store bought of same product. I didn't investigate the dates produced and expiration dates and compare them but it was very obvious to me that the softness, as in texture, flavor, icing or coating were all very fresh and perfect. 5 Stars easily. I think the only issue is waiting the amount of time to receive them even if it's one day. That might be one day too long. These are worth the weight. Try them you will see and taste the difference. Bought as a gift. Pkg was put in a mailer so it was squished. But otherwise okay.

My grandson loves these, but these were a total disappointment! Be prepared to gobble them up before the week is over! Because the expi Ridiculous!!! Due date on 2 boxes of these things is ONE whole week!!!! expiration dates are only 3-10 days out.

This used to be my absolute favorite snack when I was growing up, but unfortunately, they don't quite hit the same way anymore. The pastry itself still has that soft, doughy texture that I remember, but the experience has changed significantly due to the glazing. The current version feels like the glaze has gotten a lot thinner than it used to be. That thick, sugary coating that made these so iconic is now much more sparse, leaving the bun feeling a bit dry in comparison. While they are still a decent sweet treat if you're looking for a quick snack, they’ve lost the richness that made them a childhood staple for me. It is a bit disappointing to see a favorite change, but they remain a "good" option even if they are no longer at the top of my list.
