It’s a good item. It gets the job done. To low of a low flame setting shuts it off completely. You can lock it in the on position if needed. The high power setting is good and is where I mostly keep it. It has some good weight to it and looks nice enough. 4 Stars because if I try to use at a lower setting for small crème brûlées, it shuts off.

Amazed with how much power this little torch has. It's easy to fill, quick and easy to light. It's light weight and has a sleek appearance. Great quality for the price. Would buy again if I needed to, but I think the quality will make it last a lifetime. Might buy another for a gift.

Buy the torch with a can of Butane. It is convenient and easy to fill and refill this superb and convenient tool. I din't need the pack of plastic adapters. Yes, it can be used in the culinary world. I've not tried this, but it seems more than adequate for soldering copper pipe fittings. This one is used to light candles, and our gas fireplace. We have an older one for the grille. The SAFETY SLIDER LOCK is quite easy and the flame is perfect. Over long-term, much less expensive, speedier, and convenient than regular or bulk kitchen matches. Much faster and more powerful. GREAT FOR CAMPING STOVES AND VISITS TO PARKS. My wife recently purchased a click flame lighter for our grill. Carefully read the feedback on any one of these products you might be considering, for candles, fireplaces, etc. You have to have VERY strong & coordinated fingers to release the safety latch and light the thing. Her's broke and was useless the first time she tried it.

My torch stopped working within 3 days possibly to over using it and igniting it i reccomend the company to only give a 6 month warranty cut the cost of the thermal protected plastic by 3d printed steel frames for the ignitor and rubber anti burn proof silicone plastic composite 3d printed handles with a longer knozzle that goes inward and a smaller version call it the arc igniter torch v1 by your companies name i filled it up 3 times it seems to run out fast try using a lever mechanism for the ignition of the torch to only pull a little butane then youll last 3-6x more longer and make replaceable nozzles for the torch they usually tend to burn out after excessive use overall good quality product for igniting a fire to burn wood or small jewelry modifications to fuse the metal together i wish i could get a replacement but ill be good its to late now im being honest it wasnt dropped or anything i even filled it up with some good butane anywho godbless and thankyou AA++ product overall needs a extender ignitor dual mechanism leverl to pull the butane thinner handle and rubber grip with anti flame built in protective sleeve while filling the torch up over good decent over torch thanks

I tried this torch when I first received it. I use my lighter Butane Fuel. I need to solder water pipes at home today. I tried it out. Well done. In my experience, I feel that the temperature can reach more than 1000 degrees Fahrenheit. This is very helpful. I can put it in my tool pauch for later use, no need to carry the heavy acetylene flame soldering barrel. The safety lock can not only avoid accidental ignition, but also keep the flame burning without being pressed by the hand. This design is very useful.

The torch is weak, hard to fill and inconvenient. I'm looking for a new ome atm

Bought this for a friend who uses it as his main tool for lighting fires and cooking things. Seems very good quality and worth the extra money over cheaper alternatives as very well built. The Heat output is as described and works well for culinary things.
