I’ve been taking this on and off for a couple months now while dealing with the worst insomnia I’ve ever had in my life. Due to tight finances I can’t afford to see a doctor right now so this is helping me fall asleep and stay asleep for now. I can’t take straight melatonin as it makes me really tired the next day but this stuff works great and doesn’t have that same melatonin/sleep aid next day grogginess. If you have trouble finding a sleeping aid that works and doesn’t make you feel bad, definitely give this one a try. Plus the price point for the quantity of pills is really great too when compared to similar products on the market. Yeah the pills smell like feet but honestly I’d take that over not being able to sleep so it’s not a huge issue for me.

So first the positive: these really work, I fall asleep easy and I stay asleep all night. I also feel like they help ease my anxiety and allow me to have a more peaceful and worry free sleep! Today is only my 4th night taking them but I am already impressed and if this continues I will be a customer for life! Prior to taking these I would take things like Tylenol/Advil PM or Benadryl to fall asleep. Although those things worked for me as well they aren’t good for you and so I am happy to have a drug free alternative.Now the negative: THESE PILLS SMELL SO BAD!!! Like the perfect mixture of vomit and dirty private parts. If they didn’t work so good I would not put them in my mouth. But they work well and they are drug free - so I will hold my nose and swallow fast because the negatives don’t outweigh the positives...but man are they stinky!

Short life span on these tablets but they work just fine. I don’t take them often, only when I’m trying to regulate my sleep after working crazy hours. They give me wild dreams and I don’t want to be dependent on them so I use very sparingly. As a result, I can tell you they only last about a year in your shelf. I had to purchase a second bottle after I opened the last one I had and the container smelled awful.

These work, but they smell horrible. They also gave me vivid nightmares. Doesn’t work for me but might help you.

Fall asleep isn’t always easy when you were trying to regulate your sleep cycle with shift work . I loved these because they were all natural and I was able to get a good nights rest and still function if there was an emergency. These are hard to find now 🥺

Smell yes but not taste.So I just don’t smell the stuff and just swallow it.Goes easy down for me.

I have tried practically every over the counter and some prescription sleeping meds that are on the market. They either didn’t work, left me with the constant feeling of fatigue all day, or made me sick.I decided I’d give the newest ones on the market a try because, why not? The worst that could happen is they don’t work either or I’m left with a headache and nausea. But I wasn’t!! I took two, did my nightly routine, laid down and read a little- Boom, I was waking up with my book still in my hand! Well, dang! I guess I could get used to this! So, on nights I knew I didn’t have to wake up early and I could enjoy sleeping a little longer- It’s become a routine. Now, I don’t sleep through the night because I have a tiny bladder and lord knows I can’t sleep through that!! So 2-3 times a bathroom trip, but right back to sleep!!Now- We must address the smell!! Mind you, I’m former military. I’ve served over seas and there are some smells that should NEVER be repeated in life. Sadly, this tiny purple pill took me back there!! To where sailors are sweating in uncomfortable places for HOURS on end- And one trip to the head unleashes any smell that had been fermenting in the hot, humid sun for 12-18 hours!! And now that smell? Is packed in a tiny little pill. Is that how they knock you out? I mean, I could see how that could work *gagging*And lastly- Just for readers fun. My husband didn’t know about the smell warning. I was taking my meds tonight for my routine- And I said “Hey! You should smell these! It’s interesting and I can’t quite put my hand on where I’ve smelled this before” so he comes over all innocently and inhales DEEPLY!! That poor soul! “Oh Gawd!! What IS THAT??!? *gag* What is in there?? *gag*” hahaAnd I have to put that in my mouth and swallow lol *Thats what she said*
