You would think that it is a huge tube but actually quantity given is too less for the price. Product quality is amazing. No doubt about that. It is in gel form and moisturises completely.. It's useful for those having sore and cracked up nipples..

The pamphlet that comes with the product says the product doesn't need to be washed off prior to breastfeeding, while the tube says otherwise. Which is it?

Great product. Reasonably priced, pleasant fragrance, you don't have to wash it off, and it leaves no stains on your clothes.

This product came earlier than projected! I was very excited to try it, as this is my first time to use nursing butter. Packaging: Compact and easy to open. Also, the bottle it comes in is small enough to take anywhere with you. It comes sealed, and tamper-resistant, which is a plus if you have little ones. Smell: The smell is very mild, but the presence of cocoa butter is definitely there, and it's very pleasant. Feel: It comes out thick, not runny, to eliminate messes. Use: It blends in quickly, and immediately soothes the skin. There is no need to wash it off afterward, which makes it very easy to use. This is a fantastic product to use on one of the most sensitive areas of your body. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who is nursing, or pregnant and about to nurse, as it can condition the skin and prepare it for nursing. It's made in the USA, and free of parabens and phthalates, so you don't have to worry about exposing your little one or yourself to harmful chemicals. Palmers Cocoa Butter Nursing Cream is a wonderful product, and I will be buying this as part of my friends' baby shower gifts!

I have chronically dry lips. Very bad tried everything. When I was in Europe some ladies recommended nipple butter. Palmers does the best job. It's the only thing that works. Can't say much on the breast feeding front but if you are struggling with dry, cracked lips this is your best bet!

I am not a nursing mother nor a mother at all. I was looking for something because I was having an issue with dry itchy spots which I assume was from friction of my bra. I had tried regular lotions but it wasn't helping much. I used neosprin and it helped some but it is messy and I had to use bandaids. I read reviews and decided to give this one a try. This is a smaller tube than I imagined but a little goes a long way! You don't need much. It is not messy. It comes out looking thicker but it absorbs fast and well, leaving nothing on your clothing. It is smooth and smells nice. I have no complaints and it seems to be healing my skin. It is healing cracks, I am not itching anymore and my skin looks softer. I would recommend this for any woman who is having problems with dry skin in this area as this is formulated for the delicate skin.
