This product is amazing! I’ve been taking it about three months. I have lost 10 pounds without very much effort at all. I had gone about three years without having any dreams and now I have several dreams and they’re very vivid and I remember them the next day. I’m no longer waking up 56 times a night. I no longer ruminate with my thoughts And I feel very well rested in the morning. I also have tons of energy. I just keep going. And at 58 1/2 at this is amazing. It has also helped me have less of a foggy head due to menopause. I’m actually in post menopause at this point but still having some weird symptoms And this has really been a game changer.
