I learned about it from TV series. 3 Body Problem. It works really well for me. No side effects. Feel good, focus and get up in the morning with a clear head. Energy level no highs or lows.

I have chronic fatigue due to sleep disorders running in the family. I take ginseng and maca extract together throughout the day to keep my energy levels from dipping below functional. I'm relatively new to supplements, I started taking them earlier this year due to dwindling faith in the medical professionals in the area I live in. These are definitely better than the powdered pills I tried before but I have found not as potent as the KGC ginseng drinks I started buying. The drinks make me more alert for longer. However they're $20 per case from the place I buy them, 2 per day, 30 drinks per case. These pills are far more cost effective. I bought this bottle over a month ago and I haven't finished it fully although I'm running low. Something I should mention is these pills are very big, I am a small man and if I don't take these with a lot of water and swallow with them in the right position they get stuck in my throat and hurt going down. I take my prescriptions for my various health issues as a handful but I only swallow these one at a time. These aren't so big they don't fit in my pill case but I have to choose which pills to prioritize bringing. Be careful with these if you have no tolerance, slowly increase the dosage or they can make your heart go fast. Also don't take these with ashwagandha too close together, it can cause thyroid reactions which thankfully went away for me without being severe enough for an ER visit.
