Looks like the edges are poorly made.
The chisels need sharpening, which is an irritant but not terminal IF you have the correct kit and are willing to spend the hours needed. If you don't have the necessary kit and inclination then these are a bad choice.Hard to say how good they will be once they're sharpened. The initial impression is that the edges are pretty poorly ground though, with chips in them. (See images attached).The box is crap, don't buy this for the box.

These are great
I bought these for my 12 year old son, in addition to the wood turning lathe his grandparents got him for Christmas. He has been able to use them well, and is very happy with what he can create using them. They are in a nice case and look nice. But, more importantly, they work very well! My son has been exploring with the different options and designs he can make in the wood. I am excited to see what he will create!

Muy buenas herramientas, aunque en un estuche de dudosa calidad.
Las herramientas están muy bien construidas, son resistentes, solo hay que afilarlas un poco antes de trabajar con ellas. El estuche o caja de madera para guardarlas es de muy baja calidad y se daña con facilidad.

Envío pésimo,tardo en llegar, el embalaje muy maltratado, el estuche de madera de las gubias llego roto. Contacte al vendedor respondió rápidamente pero no ofreció ninguna solución.La herramienta, el mango tiene un manejo vongortable, los planos de corte están hechos únicamente a máquina rotativa, por lo que hay que acondicionados y posteriormente afilarlos, esto no me parece tan mal pues es una habilidad que cualquiera interesado en la talla tiene desarrollar. La selección de tipos de gubias no me parece adecuadamente equilibrada
