I was very disappointed when I and my gift recipients received this product! I have had these before from other places and they are very delicious when they are received in whole condition! I was embarrassed when my gift was received in this horrible condition!!! Besides when I opened it to present to my dinner guest for desert to be so I’m arras send and disappointed!!! They were smashed and inedible !!

All the above is correct if packaged correctly. I ordered 2 boxes pf Grabower Kisses - one for my daughter and one for myself. However, when they arrived we had to eat them with a spoon. Each box only contained 1 Kiss intact, all others were smashed and could only be eaten with a spoon. This leads me to believe that the packaging was improperly done. I ordered these items in the past and this has never happened before (different supplier), but,,,

The package was fine, when opened the candy was thrown all around and chocolate was broken on all of them, marshmellows were sticking to the box with no chocolate on most. I bought these for presents and now embarras that they received these like that. I will never order these again or this company. Costs alot but if they were good didn't mind but not like this, very expensive.

This is the second year buying these. I suggest waiting until cooler months, my second batch was melty, but no fault of the seller. My dad is German and has loved these since he was a kid, so I’ll be buying them every year!

Quite expensive but they remind me of my childhood so I thought I would splurge. However they were wrecked when they got here. They still tasted ok. I don’t know if they actually came from Germany because the package came from NJ. and they weren’t the freshest I’ve had. If money is an issue don’t bother.

I was so excited to get these as I love marshmallows. The company does go out of its way to try and ensure the packaging protects the candy. Unfortunately, mine did not hold up in shipment and were all cracked and a little mushed. The marshmallow is good and soft/fluffy. The wafer seemed a little stale. I would try them again and order in a non-summer month to see if there is a different result.

Well it was very disappointing to say the least! Not only did it take a month to get but they were totally destroyed 😕 I had to throw them away, I did try one and it just tasted like sugar 🤢 I didn’t even want to give any stars, not worth it at all.
