Good Product
Like the name suggests, it is both a 'special ingredient' and a 'Binder'... I bought this to make homemade vegan burgers... It is supposed to bind pretty much anything together... It worked well on the burgers and they held together during frying... normally you would use egg to bind stuff, but obviously vegans don't eat eggs, so I bought this... I haven't given it the full 5 stars just yet, as I want to try it out on various puddings... If it works on them too, then I'll return to this review and give it the extra star... Unusual that 'Flavour' was one of the star ratings... It is completely flavourless... as you would want it to be... So far, so good
