I really love this liner. The black is so vivid and bold, and it glides on like a charm. It truly stays all day without smudging or smearing, which is rare for something that applies so smoothly. My only small gripe is that I wish the tip were a little sharper for more precise lining. But overall, it does exactly what it says. I love it, intense color, long wear, and effortless application. I love this collection by Loreal, and for the price you you can't go wrong.

This is a good, hardy eyeliner pencil, the kind that you sharpen with a separate sharpener-- not those flimsy ones that you have to turn up, that break all the time. The thickness is perfect, stays put, doesn't smudge, and goes on smooth. I rarely see this one in stores, so I was really happy to find one on here to replace the one I had previously used up. I hope they never stop making this one, because a good eyeliner with all of these qualities is hard to find!

So when I first bought this eyeliner pencil and it came brand new, nice and sharpened and ready to use, it worked great. It went on smooth, lasted all day, and was smudge proof. However, when it came to be time to sharpen it again, that's where I started having trouble. It would break everytime I tried to sharpen it. So then I ordered the L'Oreal sharpener which is supposedly made just for this eyeliner. But when using it, the pencil continued to break! I also tried putting it in the freezer and then sharpening it....still broke, ugh! So I was about to give up on this eyeliner, even though it went on so nice when it was new. Well I happened to order this: "Makeup Sharpener by Revlon for Eyeliner, Lip Liner, and More! Universal Sharpener for All Wooden & Plastic Pencil Sizes" to use for my lip pencil . When it came I thought, hey, why not give the L'Oreal pencil another try and try sharpening it with this. Yes, it worked, and continues to work! So in the end, (once I found the right sharpener) yes, I love this eyeliner!

What I like about this eyeliner is that it stays on better/longer than others. What makes me give this a 4 star is that it's harder to sharpen/get a nice point again after first use. I aleady had the auburgine, so I purchased the brown and black this time. Had some issues with the black liner, but it was made right/they sent a new liner to me the next day.

It is the most waterproof affordable eyeliner I have ever bought. I wear it all day obviously for my work and wear all the way to dinner and it’s still there. I love it!

The bronze one I bought was fine. This black one came in a package of a Ziploc bag not even the original package and looked used. Didn’t even have the top on was broken off it so I threw it away. Not sure what happened with this one but wasn’t taking a chance with my eyes. First time this has happened with makeup from Amazon sorry no pics threw away before I decided to write review I have bought the bronze one few times it was fine just thus black one came to me used I guess weird

I am in love with these because the color is so bold. I get the black color and it's amazing. Glides so smoothly, doesn't go everywhere all over the place like other pencil eyeliners do. Best part is, it doesn't smudge, which i absolutely love, even if tears come out of my eyes, it still won't smudge but the only thing I wish it was is a retractable pen instead and not a pencil because sharpening it, I had so much frustration and I hated it. I would use my sharpener to sharpen it and it would mess up the pencil every time and then the lead piece would fall out. I don't know how many times i had to keep on sharpening it just to get a sharp point and as i was doing that i wasted so much of the product so it was just a complete waste. So, I would really much prefer it if they made a retractable infallible type instead.

The cobalt blue shade is stunning, bold, vibrant, and really makes the eyes pop. Unfortunately, despite being labeled “waterproof,” it smudged within a couple of hours and transferred to my lower lids. ✅ Pros: Gorgeous, vivid color payoff Applies smoothly without tugging Great for adding a pop of color to makeup looks ❌ Cons: Smudges easily, especially in warm or humid weather Doesn’t last all day without touch-ups Details & Tips: This might work better for short events or paired with a primer and setting powder to extend wear. I loved the color, but it just didn’t hold up for long days or outdoor wear.

This eye pencil goes on very smoothly and doesn’t tug on the skin. The color shows nicely, and it stays in place for most of the day. Great for everyday makeup.
