Don’t believe the bad reviews. This is a low carb and low CAL mix ,of course it’s not gonna taste like an original. But considering it’s a “diet“ mix, it is excellent. Mix it with dark rum and enjoy. Suggest you by 2 bottles. Used about a half a bottle for 2 16oz. Cups filled with ice

A little rum, plus this Baja Bob's Mai Tai mix and some ice, makes a delicious Mai Tai. It has very natural tasting flavors of pineapple and citrus and would probably be very good mixed with other liquors as well, or by itself on the rocks. It's sweet but contains no sugar or calories. Wife and I are Mai Tai afficionados and this fills the bill. We also use Trader Vic's Mai Tai mix, which has slightly different flavors. Trader Vic invented the Mai Tai, but Baja Bob's mix does full justice to it without the sugar in the Trader Vic's mix.

I have loved drinking Mai Tais over the years but have had to cut back on sugar as I've gotten older. Baja Bob came up with the solution for me: a delicious mix that is sugar-free. I've been making my Mai Tais with this mix for several years and keep coming back to it. A made-from-scratch drink may have a slightly better flavor but I've never made it from scratch; so I don't know. A little-known secret is that many bars use a mix like this to make exotic cocktails. In any case, the flavor of this mix tastes like a from-scratch drink to me; so, I keep using it to make my Mai Tai cocktails.

Its advantage is the fact thar there are zero carbs and zero calories. I found the mix to taste overly tart. I have experimented by adding ingredients here and there, that do contain some calories, and it tastes decent. My favorite recipe with this mix is to add another part of Triple Sec to those listed on the label. So 3 parts mix, 1 part Tequila, 1 part Triple Sec works for me.

This mix is amazing. It's just as good as the legendary Trader Vic's mix, but is sugar free!! Sadly, it costs 3 times as much as the Trader Vic's mix, which I don't understand. Makes a great mai-tai, though!

We love diet drinks at our home. Over the past few years, we have stayed as far away from aspartame as possible. Sucralose (Splenda) is only a little bit better in our unscientific opinion, but we are okay with it so long as it tastes good and we don't indulge too much. In comes all of the Bob's mixer products and we were so excited because they use sucralose. We bought all of them over the past month (Sweet n Sour mix, Pina Colada, Margarita mix, and Mai Tai mix). We are very depressed to report that they are all AWFUL tasting. Basically, they're all either not sweet enough or have an odd salty twang about them. They just don't taste right. The only other diet cocktail brand we've tried is Skinny Girl stuff which in our opinion tastes much better. I really do appreciate what Bob's is trying to accomplish here, but none of these taste good at all. It's strange because we thought we would like at least one. Best alternative we can find is getting some sugar free italian syrups and making cocktails with those. Our favorite is Torani brand although Monin does make a good sugar free triple sec.

I tried their regular flavor and that triple citrus was recommended to me by a friend… I like it much more! A little rum… a little triple sec … and some Baja Bob triple citrus… Makes for a really good guilt free margarita!

I don't drink but I am on a low carb diet and I do like margarita flavored things. I have been enjoying jello with whipped cream (made with Great Lakes Unflavored Gelatin, Kosher, 16-Ounce Can (Single) ) as one of the few sweet treats I can enjoy. I just got my shipment in the mail and I already have a batch made. The flavor is very intense, just sweet enough but not cloying. I would NOT have guessed it was a sugar free mix. Honestly it's really that good. To the single one star review I say, I'm not sure what happened to you, but mine is called Triple Citrus as indicated here. If you are trying to avoid sugar for whatever reason, then try this I think you will be very surprised! I can't wait to try some of the other flavors.

As expected it’s sooo good. Taste awesome and it does not taste as if it was sugar free. I have ordered the pina colada before as well. So I knew I wouldn’t be disappointed. Very happy. Will buy again!!!
