Cinnamon goodness
Tea has a slight cinnamon flavor to it but not overwhelming. Would recommend put in a minor sweetener if you prefer for your teas to be more sweet.

Amazing taste
I love this tea. I drink it at night a few hours before bed or right after dinner. I don’t drink it every day, maybe 3 days a week and it makes me feel amazing after drinking it. I don’t feel as bloated and it really helps if your had a large meal or a red meat meal.
