Great to use for cells and extension of paint.

The flood help thicken the poor paint, and the silicone helps. Bring the cells of the color that you put it in up to the top. It really does work great I like it a lot

The Floetrol works perfectly with elmer's multipurpose glue as a pouring medium. The silicone, on the other hand, hasn't really produced the desired results. I tried over and over to get the results others were getting on Youtube videos without much luck. I did manage to get some small cells, and it seemed to work quite a bit better with the orange/red/yellow paints I have than with the blues/greens/purples. I tried some of that Spot On Silicone that others talk about, and achieved some awesome results. On the other hand, I am all for multiple effects on a painting, so I am thinking about maybe controlling cell sizes in different areas, so maybe using these two different silicone's will do the job.

my order arrived with a loose cap causing spillage all in the box. I noted this in my review. I did not ask for a refund as I figured I could salvage some of the medium. A week later a box arrived with a complete new order. I've made a note of this seller's name so I can do business with them again. five stars!

Makes paint flow when added to paint. Works well.

Floetrol was all I expected it to be. I’m a novice pour painter and was given advice to get Floetrol to help my paint move around the canvas easier. The pouring oil helped me get cells for the first time. Amazon always has what I need.

Makes for the perfect flooding everytime! With a ratio of 2:1. Don't forget the high gloss varnish that will really make your paintings pop.
