Original shipping carton had a hole in it. There is a big dent On the outside as a cooker. Three accessory pieces were missing. Measuring cup, ladle, condenser collector, steamer tray. Inner pot appeared to be used. I did not attempt to cook with this item.

This is a piece of junk. The inside is Teflon and even using the plastic utensil is scratched. Now it starts up and about five minutes in to the cycle it shuts off. Junk with a capital J.

I have a powerxl pressure cooker. I would have no other brand. I absolutely love it. I have family with other brands and they struggle with them. The power xl is so simple to use. I have two and in the 10 quart I can cook a turkey breast in 35 minutes and it is so tender and juicy I start it and forget it. Love love love it.
