Could anyone please confirm the overall length of this knife? The stated 37cm seems very long for a filleting knife

What brand is this product? richardson sheffield or sabatier? it cannot be both but the listing shows both.

It is both...a collaborative from both names. On one side of the knife Richardson brand is visible and other side is sabatier. I work as a fishmonger and find the knife super sharp and easy to keep that way
