I purchased the Kdgarden Vinyl PVC 6 ft. real estate sign post for my listings, and overall I’m pleased with how it's working out. What I like: The PVC post and arm feel solid and durable — no signs of warping or cracking after exposure to sun, rain, or wind. Installation was straightforward: we set the steel power stake into the ground, slid on the PVC post, attached the arm, and hooked on the sign. It gives professional presentation — the 6 ft height is good visibility from the street, and the 36″ arm holds a 24″ sign nicely. In windy or poor ground conditions, the steel stake gives extra security. I like that feature a lot. Comes with the essential hardware (clips, caps, etc.), so no extra purchases necessary.

It is what is says - a signpost. Well put together and the stake provided makes it easy to install. We got a custom made sign also from Amazon, and insto-presto I looked like a professional real estate agent. If you are selling your house by yourself highly recommended. We used a flat fee MLS for listing to avoid the high fees.

I’m impressed with the quality of this sign post—it’s sturdy and well-made, perfect for displaying larger signs. The size and durability are great, and it looks professional once installed. However, I did struggle to put it into the ground by myself( being a 120 lb women) It’s a bit heavy, and I needed an extra pair of hands to get it set up properly. If you’re planning to use it, just be prepared for a two-person job. Overall, a solid product with excellent quality. Highest quality and sturdiest post I've EVER used, whether PVC, aluminum, or wood. This post is a monster, it looks great, and it would probably withstand a hurricane. I've never used such a substantial sign post from any vendor. I will be staying with them. For the first time, I don't have to check up on my signs to see if they've twisted from the wind, become tilted, or bent. It holds my big 30"x24" aluminum signs with ease and it's the perfect size for mounting the lights that I use. Not only that, but the price is very reasonable. Far less than I used to pay for posts.
