I love bamboo needles. They are smooth, splinter-free, straight, and allow the yarn to slide just the right amount to make for smooth knitting. I have several sets of Clover Takumi needles and have never been disappointed. This brand offers consistently good products and accurate sizing.

I cannot believe these needles survived a trip on a truck in a box that also had a heavy, hardcover book in it (and zero packing material)The set I received is genuine, the size is engraved near the blunt end of both needles, and it is even easier to read after oiling. The only reason for 4 stars is that the points are not identical. They are still usable though, as I purchased them for knitting small flat pieces on the go. To anyone complaining they are too short, 9 inches is somewhat limited use to begin with. Try a 10 or longer.

I really like this light weight, smooth set! Metal needles get sticky when the humidity is high. These stay dry, plus are quiet. I had never used a shorter length before, but these were perfect for the scarves I made. Just be careful not to break them. I happened to break one of the first pair I had when they caught on a chair as I was putting them away

Love using the bamboo needles. The yarn does not slide off the needles like it does on aluminum needles. Lightweight as well.
