Fine lines and other facial wrinkles have improved after a couple weeks on this supplement. I am 76 but have always looked younger than my age until recently when I was shocked to see a dramatic increase in facial wrinkles in the last year after I went on a FODMAP diet and eliminated alot of food especially leafy greens and, therefore missing nutrients. Over the last 10 months, I have purchased three different sources of phytoceramides. This is my experience with each one of them: *From rice. They didn't work for me. I took these capsules for a month and I saw barely any change. Never tried them again. *From yams (this brand only). It took me three weeks to finally see results but I got what I was expecting to see. The price is affordable (around 15 dlls for a 30 day supply) so I think I could possibly continue purchasing. If you have a gluten intolerance, this is a better choice than rice based phytoceramides. *From wheat. This is one of my favorite sources. I am not gluten intolerant so I can take them without having issues. They take about 2-3 weeks to see results (depending on the brand) and for me, they are better with the added vitamins. I found something in common with all the phytoceramides, the more water you drink, the better your face looks. I don't know why it does that but it definitely helps. The supplier of this product was the only one that recommended to drink water but I had already been doing that. It just plumps your face so nicely without looking swollen. Phytoceramides (when they work) give you a healthy glow. I am not looking to cut off years and years of my face, I just want to have healthy skin and this is a nice way to take care of it. My skin is bright with light rosy cheeks like a healthy person, I like it! One draw that I've seen in almost all companies, the bottles they use are so big compare to the amount of product inside - capsules are small, easy to swallow. It seems that they want to advertise too much stuff on the bottle and if you take other supplements or keep this bottle in a drawer, it starts to take some space. So far this type of phytoceramides from yams is a good product for me. I recommend them just be sure to give them time.

Anyways, she just launched her own beauty pill that has ceramides in it. But her pills is so expensive which is not in my budget. I have 32 oz. bottle so I usually refill water with this bottle 4-6 times. It helps me to know I drink a lot. I always believe water is very important to body, hydrate but I feel it wasn’t enough. I even eat healthy foods, always trying to avoid chemical foods. Fast forward to this, I am on 15th day of taking this; I noticed the skin itself became smoother, softer. I am 47 years old and my forehead wrinkles are so bad that no cream could diminish the wrinkles. I have been using same skincare line before I took this. After 15th days of taking this pill with same skincare line I can see the big difference in texture, smooth and so soft! I forgot to add my skin condition before I took this pill is: Rosacea and acne prone skin. My skin always feel so rough, I cannot use so much skincare line that would aggravate my rosacea and acne skin. I will come back to update my review in around 3-4 months from now. So in love and wonderful. I will fight over this pill. Saw results within days. I have zero wrinkles and young face, shapely but this rejuvenated me 10 more happy years! My body loves it. Heck yeah. I am in love. I am 55 and just got carded for sitting with drinkers before I started a weeks worth of these; now you cannot tell me anything! I am really bouncing around like 20. My friend said what are you on! I am hot! It really does that. Ha. Get this. Ok, what i wanted to see if I could improve before doctors. I have some stretch marks from childbirth and I know it's a woman's thing but I struggle with them although I am in good shape/attractive. Attractive does not console the stretch marks and we know that. I plan some resurfacing in the future but wanted to try to repair some lower tummy few, some on sides, butt. I have some here and there. But my butt took the most. This is healing my stretch marks and acne. The stretchmarks are faded and I cannot find everyone of them. Smooth. Acne scars are still there but improving, acne is fading. It turned my feet into better feet.
