Amazing for POTS
Typically, I don’t write reviews (though I do read them and am grateful to the thoughtful people who do write them!). I am so unbelievably pleased with this life-changing product. I have a slew of inflammatory and autoimmune health problems which have fried my autonomic nerves, causing a type of dysautonomia known as POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome). I’d tried lower leg and thigh compression with no success and couldn’t find any athletic shorts compressive enough to help with blood flow. Also, I HATE Spanx type garments. Today, I strapped this on as soon as it arrived and took a walk. I was fine for the first time in years. For example, my HR typically jumps to 150 and immediately drops to 35 regularly. With this abdominal binder, my HR remained stable. No alerts from my watch or service dog. No chest pain, no blacking out, no excessive dizziness or lightheadedness or breathlessness, no excessive sweating. And it was 75F out, which is ten degrees too warm for me to even consider stepping outside normally. This wrap is not hot, itchy, scratchy, or uncomfortable, and I have Crohn's Disease so I typically won't even wear jeans. The velcro stayed secure, and this product is nicely supportive and clearly well-designed and well-made. If you suffer from dysautonomia like me and your physician has recommended compression, this is worth a try. For me, it’s helping get my mobility back and significantly reducing my pain, and that's pretty priceless.

Just as good as my Jelliebody Brace
I bought this brace because my Jelliebody brace helped a Lot, *But* it is a workout to get it on, *And* at $70+ it is just too expensive to buy a 2nd one. This brace is incredibly adjustable for both size and compression, and if I wear it *Over* my clothes then it doesn't irritate my Autistic Sensitivity Issues.

overall review.
I like the fact that it covers better than others I've purchased- although it could be just a tad shorter. The material is sturdy- could be a little more comfortable as the ends are a little scratchy. Binder is well made at a decent price. Thank you.

I was disappointed
I ordered two of these 10.5-inch belts and, while they fit well and were initially comfortable, they tended to bunch up (below my belly roll) after a short period of repeated standing and sitting. I don't, however, have anything bad to say about them, they appeared to be well-made with strong elastic and firm support.

ABSOLUTELY NO SUPPORT. PAINFULLY annoying to wear.
I had an emergency appendectomy and I bought this to help bind the area after.. I'm not new to these binders. Had one or two from my precious Cesareans. This binder is filmsy as &*^#. It's worthless and does absolutely NOTHING to support the abdomen area. It felt like wearing loose , rough paper around my abdomen. Binders are meant to support the area and help keep everything snug and intact so to prevent you from moving awkwardly or lacking stability in your core muscles due to lack of support. The whole purpose is to hold your abdominal area taught so that there is less pain, less sudden movements and more stability to help you heal. This was considered medical grade? Really should be removed off Amazon or atleast labeled properly because my waist training cinchers provide more support than this. I used it once and took it off immediately because it was painful to wear and lacked support. Don't buy it. I'm usually a pro with these binders/cinchers. It's not even passable as a binder. It literally felt like rough poster board paper.

Comfortable
Love this one. Due to arthritis, cant tolerate metal stays and this has none. Its long enough to cover from chest to hips, which I need. Good support

Great belt after surgery
I bought this for my husband who had just had a surgery. It helped him a great deal in recovery. Also made it easier for him to cough after surgery. A nurse suggested a belt so I ordered this, it came very quickly, and helped him to recover.

Flimsy and little support
Fabric is flimsy and scratchy and there is very little support. I am returning it. I ordered a different one which I have received and like much much better.

Wider than most hernia belts on the market which is great and does the required job. Too expensive.
