what’s the difference between the skinny blend and the skinny blend gold?

I believe the gold has more protein per scoop. The gold has 17g per scoop. The bag is also smaller (330 g). The taste is the same.

Does this have caffeine?

I'm sure it would be a very good additive this product is great tasting. I love the salt caramel and I mix it with almond milk.
