A wonderful compilation of Marma sthala, deeper understanding of concepts of ayurveda. But what is TCM doing here? The elements of TCM don't even correlate with pachtatvas. Seems like an effort just to make it commercially lucrative for the practitioners of TCM.

Excellent! A valuable resource book for anyone studying marma points. The subject is broken down into easy to understand sections that are designed as quick reference or revision notes and there is additional information throughout the book. I bought the hardback version so that it would last longer and I'm glad I did - the pages will be well thumbed by the time I've finished with it!

Livro muito ilustrativo e com comparações muito apropriadas com os meridianos da MTC. É uma grande bencao do universo termos a oportunidade de aprender ayurveda com Vasant Lad.

Muy buen libro. Leí previamente el libro de otro autor sobre puntos marma que me dejó con dudas sobre la "localización exacta" de algunos puntos marma y me las he aclarado con este. Es un libro súper interesante, completo, lleno de fotos y a color. Parece un libro de texto de colegio, es grande (tamaño folio), de verdad, para quien le interese el tema de los puntos marma este libro/autor es muy bueno. También da mucha información complementaria, y hace una relación directa entre los puntos marma y los puntos de acupuntura que son cercanos o coinciden, lo cual también da mucha información extra, tanto para su localización, como para sus funciones. Una maravilla de libro. Lo único malo es lo de que esté en inglés y no lo hayan traducido aún al español. La verdad que no tiene un nivel muy alto de inglés, pero si se necesita más o menos un nivel medio tirando a alto como para que se te haga soportable leerlo en inglés. Yo me considero nivel medio/alto y busco en el diccionario una media de 9 palabras por hoja. Entiendo que esto ya depende del interés del lector, yo no creo que pudiera hacer esto mismo con otros libros, pero este me tiene lo suficientemente enganchada como para tener la paciencia de hacerlo. En resumen, para mi es muy buen libro.

This is a great book if you are trying to understand the points of Marma. I am very happy with this and feel I can use it as an incredible resource to learn the practice.
