I’ve been using this agar powder for a few recipes, and it works really well. It dissolves smoothly and sets firmly without leaving any weird taste. Much easier to use than gelatin, and I love that it’s plant-based. Great quality for the price!

Really set my homemade vegan yoghurts! Next time I’ll try half the quantity (1 teaspoonful) though, as they were set like jello. Works well. Dissolved well.

Don't try to make Jello with it. first I tried as instruction, 1tsp per 1 cup of water or jurice, the texture come out very hard. then I cut it only 1 tsp per 2 cup, it still come out hard, not soft jello. also even with just water the color come out as off white not clear jello. don't waste money if you want to make soft jello. change from one to three star, for good customer service, seller contact me and offer full refund on the item.
