Great item. Helps with gut, especially bloating and encourages natural bowel movements

Didn’t work for me but they might for you.
Sadly I found these didn’t really work for me , but that’s not to say that they wouldn’t work for others. They are easy to take and I didn’t notice any taste.

Alternative to western senna
Delighted that this is available albeit a little pricey. I liked the discreet flat packaging that travels better than a cardboard box in the post. The only issue I have is that sometimes too much info is confusing,,,to say 2500mg capsules or the strength-ratio does not make it clear what the average dosage might be to begin with and adjust accordingly. Otherwise another good natural product.
