The most important is to know a good brand
It's the first time I tried this brand. On my next order I will try a different brand. Many years ago I bought this product, but a different brand. I can't remember the name, but I bought it in N and that Asian Store closed down. I really liked that brand!

Taste and smell
I am not going to buy this anymore. The taste and smell is horrible. At home,I loved to eat bamboo shoot. So, I ordered this one here after moving to new country to taste. However, I couldn’t takr the smell.
