Great source of protein, fiber, and vitamins. These bars are very filling. The only problem is that they are so hard to come by at a fair price, especially since Walmart stopped stocking them in their stores. Right now the best source seems to be Netrition. Amazon used to have these at fair prices, but now their pricing is exorbitant.

Just OK. Ingredients are fine, protein content is high enough, taste is meh. There are much better alternatives

Not the "healthiest" protein bars out there, if you are worried about high sugar content, but that's probably why these taste so good.I pack them with me on 8mile+ rucks, and they hit the spot, and keep me going the rest of the way.Shipped fast, with great cooled packaging, so they arrived nicely, and not all melted and ruined.Would buy again.

Delicious and filling, dense and smooth inside, not hard and crunchy. Tastes a lot like peanut butter. A little on the sweet side. I get them for a friend who loves them. I only have one once in a while.

too sweet and chewy (might pull out a filling); may as well be a candy bar....I've given up on these bars and started making my own with basic ingriedients sweetened with either honey or pure maple syrup; add some protien powder & nuts/dried fruit and good to go! You can alter an oatmeal cookie recipe with good flour.

These Caramel Nut Rush food bars are high in protein and fiber, and, even more important, taste good! They are perfect for travel, sometimes even satisfying the hunger normally reserved for a whole meal. I am so thankful they are available through Amazon...

Purchased these for my husband. He likes them better than a Snickers candy bar and they are way better for him. He tends to skip meals during the day but if these are available he will grab one of them instead.
