I love the aviary but to clean and feed is not safe. Yesterday whilst trying to clean via the small door which I cannot squeeze through being 80 and a bit plump a bird escaped. It was so upsetting . I tried to catch but couldn't and his partner is calling for him. I bought it as a extension to our much bigger avairies. I am now scared it will happen again.

Roof very weak and soon absorbs water into the plywood, would suggest not for the English climate.

Safety of birds
This aviary is excellent Nice and light for the birds. I bought a previous aviary which had two door which were too big. The doors are smaller and safer

Used as a part of catio. Flimsy construction but adequate for purpose.
The felt roof was better quality, Frame and doors flimsy.

This is a really bad design. The birds can easily escape when feeding or cleaning.
