Hormel Compleats are shelf stable for 18 months. The best by date stamped on the packaging is approximately one year from the date of manufacture, so you can add 6 months to the best by date and it will remain safe to eat provided that it hasn’t been exposed to extreme temperatures (below 32F/0C or above 90F/32C) for a long period of time.

Trying to find out where a product is made so you know it was made in a democracy is tough these days. I had to laugh at the Hanes Beefy Tees page here on amazon, it states made in US or imported which to me means they could be made in any country on planet Earth as everything I have ever purchased is.
