Perfect size for a pot of soup.

The lid rim fills with water. This can't be sanitary. The pot seems great though, but without a lid that works I'm out. Returning.

I had this on my wishlist for years before finally buying it, and it's the best pot I've ever owned. It's exceptional. The heft, the shape, the conduction is exceptional (my stove is induction) My favorite pot ever. I purchased a Viking teapot from their website and it was so sleek, professional, elegant and worked so splendidly that I took my chances on this pot. Yes, it is pricey, but it's going to last me forever I can tell. It is worth the splurge. I'm saving up to replace every pot I own, one-by-one with a Viking equivalent.
