This model cookie cutter for Christmas (or anytime) Lingerie cookies is superior to most others because the parts that attach the cutout cutter are metal to metal and not plastic, which cracks and breaks, making it worthless. These are the only ones that work well and last.

I thought I would save time with this Linzer cookie cutter. I does work well enough for the season, but I have my doubts it is a lasting product. It is a bit flimsy, the dough needs to be removed from the top cookie cutter every 3 cookies. You will need a toothpick as there is no mechanism to push out the dough. The shape holds very well when baked. The two little springs that help pushing out your round base cookie, come undone many times and you have the pieces on your counter. I would not recommend this cutter, as you pay to much attention making sure you push out the cookie at the even pressure, otherwise your cookie has the indend of the ring that pushes your cookie out of its form.

Although I haven't used these yet,however I make alot of cookies. This set seems to be very sturdy and I like the way I will not have to worry about centering the cut out portion. Switching cut out designs is easy. Follow up, finally used these cutters, nice size cookies, however when you use it with one of the center cutouts after doing about 3 cookies the centers fall out, no matter how hard you try to tighten it in. Also be very gentle with using, if you press to hard you will get an indent from the cookie press. I want to but a all year round design, however I will try and find one a bit better. Also when you use the center cut out you have to manually use something like a tooth pic each time to get the dough out, it doesnt pop out by itself.

I loved using these during the holidays. They were super easy to swap out the attachments. Everyone thought my cookies looked so professional and applauded how hard I worked on these cookies…. I didn’t work hard at all! These cutters made baking so easy and made my cookies look amazing! I’m going to buy the original set so I could make these cookies during the year.

I just ordered this and my linzer tarts came out perfect. The product is easy to operate and change out the shapes. Cleaning is very easy.
